Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
